It might feel like the 45th of January but we're back at it! Promise!
We may have seemed a bit quiet on the old blog front but, wowsers, it's been a busy end of year for S3K Group! In a good way! We've successfully delivered a brand new project in Portsmouth (Portsmouth On Ice) and our wonderful team have had some well deserved down time). We've got some new recruits and are recruiting for a maternity cover position while one of our wonderful team heads off in the Spring to have her first small person (click here for the job description - who knows it could be for you!)
So now, for S3K Group it's back at it for 2020 with a major office tidy and revamp alongside lots of business and event planning, strategising for this years' event season and clearing the decks before we get busy again.
In addition to that, dare we say it but 'new year's resolutions'/aims for this year? Well, for us it's to grow our team, increase our productivity and quality, learn from last year, spend more time helping our staff increase their skills and experience and have FUN (and also get a few more holidays in this year if we can.) As much as many don't like the phrase 'New Year's Resolution', there's a nice article here that's worth the three minute read over a coffee.
