Motorsport Events
Looking to host a motorsport event, but don’t know where to begin? You’ve come to the right place.
S3K was founded on a true love of all things motorsport. Our founders are car enthusiasts with a real love of classic cars as well as bangers and supercars alike. But this isn’t just a hobby. Members of the team have played an instrumental part in the development of some of the UK’s most prestigious and well known motorsport events and have help set up concept events for clients too. Our team of experts at S3K have a wealth of experience planning and running several types of motorsport events big and small and in-between!
The team behind S3K founded a charity banger car rally, Scumrun, that has raised in excess of £850,000, as well as playing important roles to bring together events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Members Meeting, the Goodwood Revival, Firle Beacon, events at the famous Nürburgring and the Late Brake Show – to name a few.
What can you expect?
At S3K, we take care of the staffing required to make an event run smoothly. We know that when it comes to a motorsport event, there are many different skill sets needed, and therefore several types of staff to pull it all together.
We take pride in our client relationships so have a core team of capable, experienced staff and bring on new team members each year through hands on experience. Having operated in this sector for over 20 years, our network and experience is second to none. So, you can rest assured that we’ll have every aspect of the event covered.
From safety marshalls to manage a live track on the day, to event safety officers, to experienced trained event crew to build a site and drive heavy machinery/install infrastructure, there’s a lot to consider. Each of our projects are treated individually and overseen by event directors with decades of experience in the motorsport industry. We know the detail is what matters and that safety is paramount. We’re also experienced in planning, health and safety, track licensing and design of a new event, or indeed the development of an existing event. Our senior team have decades of experience preparing for, and chairing, safety advisory meetings with important stakeholders to ensure everything is meticulously planned and safe.
Our strong and loyal connections with industry specific suppliers mean we bring a wealth of both quality and learned experience to every new project. This includes F&B, medical cover, audio visual and technical production, signage, ticketing, site infrastructure such as trackway, lighting, washing & toilet facilities, accommodation, exhibition space and so much more.
Not only does all of this apply, but our team will help guide our clients through every aspect and advise on ways to create only the best visitor experience attendees, making it a motorsport event to remember.
